APPLICATIONS

Applications can be obtained by calling Cleaning and Such at 419-637-7644 or downloading from our website.  After applications are received and reviewed, applicants are interviewed based on qualifications.  We also do personal reference checks, Sheriff's background checks and employment reference checks before hiring.

 

ORIENTATION

Before cleaning, everyone must go through our detailed orientation.  The orientation entails a safety overview, handbook review and paperwork to be completed.

 

LEARN AS YOU GO - Training is completed "on-site." Your first 3 months of working here will consist of learning the job. Our employees make it easy for you to transition into your new role at Cleaning and Such.

 

ADDITIONAL INFO

We do pay mileage in between sites to help cover the cost of gas and maintenance on vehicles.

We offer paid lunch breaks, company shirts and a laundry reimbursement for washing rags.

Part-time employees receive a paid vacation day for every 416 hours worked in a years time.­

BUSINESSES:

  • Evenings in Gibsonburg, cleaning floors and restroom. Hours will be discussed during interviews.

HOUSES:

  • Daytime in Gibsonburg & Pemberville areas, 2-3 days a week. Day and hours will be discussed during interviews.

Also...

We are looking for individuals to work in substitute positions daytime and/or evenings. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants part-time hours and doesn't want to commit to a permanent position.
